摘要
介绍了利用原烟气提浓单塔结晶回收硫酸铵氨法烟气脱硫工艺,以山西某火电厂75 t/h循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硫工程实例,阐述了该工艺核心设备脱硫塔的设计(塔体直径、喷淋层、氧化段高度、结晶段高度和总高的设计计算方法及相关附属设备的选型)及系统不同区域需要采取的相应防腐形式等,通过工程实践,对工艺中易出现的问题提出合理有效的解决办法,为同类脱硫工程的设计应用提供参考。
The ammonia flue gas desulfurization process of the concentration by using the original flue gas single tower crystallization recovery of ammonium sulfate ammonia is described. Taking 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas desulfurization project in Shanxi as an example, the design of the core equipment of desulfurization tower ( including the calculation method of tower diameter, the spray layer, oxidation section height, crystallization section height and high total design and related ancillary equipment selection) is expounded and different areas needed the corresponding anti-corrosion form. Through the engineering practice, it puts forward rea- sonable effective solutions to problems that often occured, providing reference for similar desuffurization engineering of design and ap- plication.
