摘要
完善合理的动力机制是农村基层党建科学化水平提升的力量之源,而当前动力机制的缺失恰恰是提升农村基层党建科学化水平面临的现实困境。广西临桂县扎实推进"活力工程",通过激发组织活力、队伍活力、载体活力和制度活力来提升农村基层党建科学化水平。农村基层党建科学化水平提升的动力机制来源于农村发展、组织活力、队伍先进、活动创新和制度保障。
To perfect the reasonable motive mechanism is the power source for improving the scientific construction of rural grassroots Party organizations, but the current absence of motive mechanism is just a reaiistic impediment for improvement. By motivating organization vitality, group vitality, carrier vitality and system vitality, Lingui County in Guangxi promotes the ＇vitality project＇ to improve the scientific construction of rural grass roots party organization.
