摘要
党的十七届四中全会站在全局和战略的高度,提出在新形势下提高党的建设科学化水平的要求。在全国上下大力开展创先争优活动的背景下,要充分认识科学的制度化建设对于高校党建工作的重要性。当前以创先争优活动为契机,用科学的制度化建设保障高校党建工作的着力点:以制度的体系建设为根本,切实做到制度相互衔接;以制度的调查研究为关键,切实做到制度务实有效;以制度的监督检查为保障,切实做到制度执行到位。
The Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC put forward the requirement of improving scientific level of Party building work in the new situation from global and strategic perspective. Under this background, we should fully realize the effect of institutionalized construction on Party building work in universities. Taking the current performances as an opportunity, scientific institutionalized construction is used to ensure the focus of college party-building work ; system cohesion is enforced on the basis of system construction; effective system is realized by taking system investigation as a key; system is executed strictly by system supervision and inspection.
