摘要
为了改善医院绩效,以目标管理法为理论基础,采用关键绩效指标法建立大学附属医院临床科主任工作业绩考核指标评价体系,并应用层次分析法进行权重分析,得出各层级指标的权重值,各指标的重要程度符合科主任的实际工作要求。以此对临床科主任的工作进行科学、有效的考核,提升临床科室绩效管理水平。
In order to improve hospital performance,through taking objective management method as the theoretical basis,clinical dean performance evaluation system in the university affiliated hospital is established based on key performance index method,and the weight is analyzed through analytical hierarchy process to get the weight of each indicator in each level is got.The important degree of each indicator fits the practical work require of the clinical dean.In this way,the work of the clinical dean can be evaluated scientifically and effectively to enhance the performance management level of clinical departments.
