摘要
本文详细论述了大型圆柱件圆柱度误差的测量方法。该测量方法通过安装在V型支承上的直角激光扫描测头,对被测大型工件界面进行扫描测量,可测得大型圆柱工件截面内接三角形的变化量,经最小二乘圆柱处理,可得到大型圆柱工件的圆柱度误差。
In this paper, a new method for measuring cylindricity errors of large-scale parts are discussed in detail. By using the right angle laser scan detector on the V-type mount to scan workpiece surface, the variation of circular inter- nal triangle of the surface can be detected. The cylindrical error of large-scale part can be determined by the least square method.
