摘要
介绍了细丝直径测量系统的构成,阐述了应用数字图像处理的方法对细丝直径进行高精度图像测量的算法。用求刻度线频率的方法得到标准刻度尺的单位刻度像素长度;对细丝图像进行二值化,根据细丝的方向求取细丝直径的像素长度;通过单位标定,得到细丝直径的测量值。与使用螺旋测微器得到的测量值进行了比较,结果表明,基于数字图像处理算法的细丝直径图像测量方法具有精度高、测量速度快等特点。
The components of filament diameter measurement system are introduced, the algorithm that measures the filament diameter with high-precision utilizing digital image processing method is illustrated. The standard scale pixel length of the units is obtained by calculating calibration's frequency; then according to the direction of filament to get the pixel length of filament diameter after making the filament' s image to binarization image;by adopting unit calibration, the measurement value of the diameter is obtained which is compared with the measurement values obtained by use of spiral micrometer. The experimental results show that the diameter' s measurement of filament images based on digital image processing algorithms has the characteristics of high precision and fast measuring speed.
