摘要
目的探讨Bobath疗法在痉挛型脑瘫与成人偏瘫康复中的作用。方法利用2008～2012年所收治的88例脑瘫患者和90例成人偏瘫患者进行对比研究。结果Bobath疗法在前半程的治疗中成人偏瘫相对于痉挛型脑瘫患者恢复的要相对快，但Bobath疗法无论是在成人偏瘫康复或是小儿脑瘫康复里，Bobath都起了不可替代的作用。结论Bobath疗法在康复治疗中对于降低患者的痉挛以及促进病人姿势的正常化尤为重要。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bobath therapy in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy and adult hemiplegia. Methods Compared with 88 cases of cerebral palsy and 90 cases of adult patients with hem- iplegia in my hospital from 2008 to 2012. Results In the treatment of the first half of adult hemiplegia with spastic cere- bral palsy patients, recovery of Bobath therapy were relatively fast. but in adult hemiplegia rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation or Fuli, Bobath therapy has played an irreplaceable role. Conclusions Bobath therapy in the rehabilitation treatment to reduce spasticity and promote normal patient posture is very important.
