摘要
根据统计分析,江苏省淮北地区各地年、季雨量的标准值具有均一性特点,用标准正态化的各代表站点的雨量均值求得地区雨量代表值,采用标准正态分布的分位数作雨量分级指标划分旱涝级别.运用统计学的聚类分析,对江苏省淮北地区划分成八类旱涝年型,分析各类旱涝年型的特点,提出应用于防汛抗旱决策的六点结论.
According to statistical analysis, the standard values of year and season rainfall of Huaibe region in Jiangsu province have the characteristic of uniformity. The standardized average rainfall of each representative station is used to derive the representative value of rainfall of the region The fractiles of standard novmal distri button are used to divide the grades of flood and drought. By using clustering algorithm there are eight yearly types of flood and drought for Huaibe region in Jiangsu province is divided. After analying the characteristics of them, six conclusions of dvcision making for flood prevention and resistance against drought of the region are suggested.
