摘要
目的分析武警某部基层卫生专业士兵人力资源现状。方法对武警某部支队（团）级单位进行问卷调查，对支队（团）、大（中）队的卫生专业士兵的人力资源状况进行比较。结果回收有效问卷120份，有效数据750人。全部为男性。支队（团）、大（中）队的人数分别为：528、222。两组间的年龄结构、级别结构、文化程度构成、专业培训次数构成的差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论武警某部支队（团）卫生专业士兵人力资源状况优于大（中）队，但专业结构缺陷明显，特别是外科救治能力和防疫能力，应通过培训和考核提高其质量。
Objective To investigate the medics＇ human resources status in the grassroots level. Methods A questionnaire Survey was conducted among the regiments nationwide to investigate the medics＇ human resource status; comparison was made between regiments and battalions. Results 120 valid papers were recovered with 750 valid samples which all were from male. The sample size of the medics in the regiments and the battalions is 528 and 222, separately. The makeup difference of the age, rank, education status and the frequency of the training between the two groups are statistically significant P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The o^erall human resource status of the medics in the regiments i~ better than those in the battalions. However, the deficiency of the structure of the specialized fields is easy-to-see, especially the surgical competence and the anti-epidemic competence. The quality of the medics＇ human resource should be improved through training and testing.
