摘要
【摘要】目的了解武警部队支队（团）卫生队疾病诊疗能力现状。方法对全国范围内的卫生队进行随机抽样问卷调查，分析诊疗能力评分、达标百分比、2008年～2010年门诊量。结果共调查120个卫生队，诊疗能力评分的平均值为（0．74±0．04）分，36种疾病没有达标，门诊量年平均例数为（2458．42±8．23）。不同性质、区域卫生队评分差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。不同类型、性质、区域卫生队年平均门诊量差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论卫生队诊疗能力有限，与总部要求存在差距。外科疾病的诊疗能力不足。要通过各种途径提高其诊疗能力。
Objective To investigate the medical team＇ s capabilities in diagnosing and treating diseases in the branch level. Methods A survey was conducted randomly among the medical teams nationwide in diagnosing and treating scores, percentage of the teams that passed the standard, as well as outpatient frequency in between 2008 and 2010. Results There were a total of 120 teams participated in the survey, with an average score of （0.74 ＋ 0.04）, indicating 36 categories of diseases of which the teams had reached standard. The outpatient frequency reflected 2458.42＋8.23/year. The difference in score for those teams in different specialties and areas demonstrated statistical difference P 〈0.05. The different outpatient frequency for those teams in different specialties and areas also carried statistical difference P 〈0.05. Conclusion The medical teams＇ overall capabilities is considered being low, and have a great room to improve, especially in surgical category which may be enhanced through efforts.
