摘要
煤矿自燃引起的火灾严重威胁着矿井财产和人员安全。为了有效地降低井下发生火灾的概率,提高煤矿开发安全度,利用阻化剂来达到防火目的很有必要。文章深入分析了煤炭自燃的原因和条件,研究了阻化剂发挥防火作用的化学和物理原理,使用煤样进行一系列阻化实验,通过程序升温氧化法来分析不同阻化剂质量分数、温度条件下对煤样自燃防止作用产生的影响,确定最佳阻化剂质量分数,为煤矿安全生产提供有效借鉴。
The coal spontaneous combustion reaction fire is a serious threat to personnel and property safety of mines. In order to reduce the probability of fire occurrence of underground mine development, improve the degree of safety, it is necessary to achieve the purpose of using fire retardant. In the paper, the reasons and conditions of coal spontaneous combustion are analyzed, the chemical and physical principles of inhibitors are studied, the coal samples is used for a series of resistance experiments. By the temperature programmed oxidation method, preventing effects of coal spontaneous combustion in different inhibitor mass fraction and temperature conditions are analyzed, the best resistance agent mass fraction is determined, the effective reference is provided for the safe production in coal mines.
