银杏叶提取物对鸡生产性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验以苏北草鸡为研究对象,探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对生长发育及血清生化指标的影响.共设定4个组,即对照组和试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.8%、1%、1.2%GBE.试验期为42 d.结果表明:1%GBE显著提高鸡育雏后期日增重和饲料转化率,显著降低腹脂率(P<0.05);随GBE添加水平的增加,屠宰率呈提高的趋势(P>0.05);1.2%GBE显著提高全净堂率和血清球蛋白含量(P<0.05).因此,日粮中添加一定水平的GBE对苏北草鸡生产、屠宰性能和免疫功能有一定的促进作用. The trim was to study the effect of Ginkgo biloba (GBE) on growth performance and slaughter performance in Subei local chicken. 4 experimental groups were control group, experiment groups I to III. The control group was fed the basal diet,and Ginkgo biloba extract supplementation levels in basal diet were 0.8%, 1%, 1.2% in experimental group ][ to ]]I. The trial lasted for 42 d. The results showed that feed conversion rate and daily weight gain from 21 to 42 days were significantly increased,and abdominal fat rate was significantly decreased by supplementation of 1% GBE (P〈0.05);dressing percentage was significantly increased by supplementation of 0.8% to 1.2% GBE (P〉0.05);dressing percentage and serum globulin content were significantly improved by supplementation of 1.2% GBE (P〈0.05). The results suggested that GBE supplementation could improve growth, slaugther performence and immune functions in Subei local chicken.
