摘要
笔者紧密结合生产实践,研究苏北草鸡在散养模式下的营养需求及其对出栏时机的影响。苏北草鸡被随机分成3组进行不同营养水平的饲养对比试验,每组1500只,公、母各半。各处理组分别在育雏期和散养期选用不同营养水平的日粮进行饲养,育雏期30 d舍内饲养;育成期60 d^90 d在树林下散养,定时补饲。出栏标准为1 kg左右。结果显示,苏北草鸡的生长营养需求与肉鸡存在很大区别,育雏期和散养期的营养需求基本一致:消化能12.6 MJ/kg、粗蛋白15%可很好满足苏北草鸡的生长需要。
This experiment combined with production practice, was conducted to explore the nutritional needs of Subei-chicken in the backyard and its influence on the market opportunity. Subei-ehicken were randomly divided into three groups of different nutritional levels, with 1500 in each group, male and female in the equal. The treatment groups were fed different nutritional level in the brooding period and the cage-free period, the brooding period of 30 days in the shed; the cage-free period of 60-90 days in the backyard timing feeding. Slaughter standard was about lkg. Comparing the diets with different nutrition levels was aiming to nutritional needs Subei chicken and the effects of different nutritional levels on the time of slaughter and economic benefit. The results showed ： the nutrient re- quirements and broiler growth Subei-chicken existence very big difference, the brooding period and backyard stage nutritional needs are basically the same： digestive energy 12.6 MJ/kg, crude protein 15% can meet the need of Subei-chickengrowth.
