摘要
通过分析矿产资源对社会经济持续发展的重要性 ,论述了矿产资源可持续开发利用的实质。并构建了矿产资源可持续开发利用系统 ,提出了矿产资源可持续开发利用系统优化战略。
Based on the analysis of the importance of mineral resources to the sustainable development of society-economy,the paper discusses the substance of sustainable exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, and constructs the sustainable exploitation and utilization of system of mineral resources, optimize strategic of sustainable exploitation and utilization of mineral resources are proposed.
