摘要
采用热收缩率1.3%的腈纶长丝为原料,以拉断法工艺生产腈纶膨体毛条,探讨了拉断机热拉伸条件、冷却系统及高缩条配比对膨体毛条汽蒸收缩率和平均长度的影响。结果表明:采用高缩条/正规条混合比为45∶55,控制拉断机热拉伸区电热板温度为120℃,热拉伸倍数1.28,拉断机再割区后隔距为30 mm,前隔距为15 mm,可得到汽蒸收缩率为22.9%腈纶毛条;其产品质量稳定,膨化效果好。
Polyacrylonitrile bulk top was produced from polyacrylonitrile filament with heat shrinkage of 1.3% by breaking method. The effects of heat drawing conditions of breaking machine, cooling unit and high-shrinkage top proportion on the steam shrinkage and average leogth of bulk top were discussed. The results showed that the polyaerylonitrile bulk top can be produced with the steam shrinkage 22.9% , stable quality and satisfied bulk effect under the conditions as followed: high-shrinkage top/ regular top ratio 45 : 55, electric heat plate temperature 120 ℃ in heat drawing zone, heat draw ratio 1.28, post breaking distance 30 mm, front breaking distance 15 mm.
