摘要 分析了腈纶干法丝束制条中影响产品质量的毛条长度、蒸汽收缩率、条干不匀率等因素。结果表明:拉断机拉伸倍数为4.95,前再割隔距为105 mm,后再割距为125 mm,热拉伸倍数为1.32,电热板温度为180℃,高缩条与正规条质量比为40:60,混条针梳机拉伸倍数为7.389,成球针梳机拉伸倍数为8.6,可生产出优质腈纶毛条。 The influential factors on the quality of dry-spun PAN bukly tops, such as length, steam shrinkage, yam irregularity, were analyzed. The results showed that the PAN bulky top with high quality can be produced under the conditions as followed: draw ratio of 4.95 on the stretcher, the first distance of rebreaking zone 105 mm, the second distance of rebreaking zone 125 mm, hot draw ratio 1.32, electric heat plate temperature 180℃ , the mass ratio of high-shrinkage top and regular top 40 : 60, draw ratio of 7. 389 and 8.6 on mixing gill and bailing gill, respectively.
