摘要
采用86 dtex/48 f和135 dtex/72 f涤纶POY为原料,在33-H加弹机上对135 dtex/72 f涤纶POY假捻变形为DTY,与86 dtex/48 f POY在加弹机上复合,生产167 dtex/120 f涤纶POY/DTY复合丝,探讨了生产工艺对复合丝热收缩率的影响。结果表明:选择加工速度578 m/min,拉伸倍数1.631,第一、第二热箱温度分别195,150℃,第二超喂率4.20%,第三超喂率2.95%,生产稳定;生产的涤纶POY/DTY复合丝断裂强度2.87 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率21.5%,沸水收缩率34.6%,卷曲收缩率8.4%。
A polyester POY of 135 dtex/72 f was false-twisted into polyester DTY and was combined with 86 dtex/48 f polyester POY to produce 167 dtex/120 f polyester POY-DTY on a 33-H texturing machine. The effects of the production process on the thermal shrinkage of POY-DTY were discussed. The results showed that polyester POY-DTY could be stably produced with the breaking strength of 2.87 cN/dtex, elongation at break 21.5%, boiling water shrinkage 34.6% and crimp shrinkage 8.4% under the conditions as followed: processing speed 578 m/min, draw ratio 1.631, the first heat box temperature 195 ℃, the second heat box temperature 150℃, the second overfeed ratio 4.20% and the third overfeed ratio 2.95%.
