摘要
对83dfex/146f涤纶低弹网络丝开发生产过程中的工艺进行探讨。指出必须严格把关原料切片的品质,选择较高的纺丝温度,控制在288~292℃,采用较高的侧吹风温度和较低的风速,提高POY上油的均匀性,后加工过程中,选择合适的加工工艺,降低毛丝及断头的产生,在不影响成形的情况下,增大卷绕张力,增加硬度。
The technology in the production process of 83 dtex/146 f low-elastic network polyester fiber was studied. It was pointed out that the quality of raw material chip should be paid attention to, the higher spinning temperature which controlled from 288 ℃ to 299 ℃ was selected ,the higher cross air blow temperature and lower air speed was used, the POY oiling evenness was improved. In the afterprocessing, suitable manufacturing process was selected, the broken filament and breaking phenomenon was reduced, the winding tension and hardness was increased under the condition of having no effects on shaping.
