Parameterized Collaborative Design for Crane Based on Cloud Computing

摘要 针对起重机行业设计领域设计成果重用度低、设计方法难共享、设计人员交差工作时间长等问题,研究了云计算技术,提出了云设计的概念,对传统计算模式和云计算模式进行了比较分析,制定了"云客户端/云服务器/云平台"的工作模式。分析了云构架下在线协同设计中信息交互冲突和资源共享的问题,结合起重机参数化变型设计技术和云平台并行工作原理,开发了基于云计算的起重机网络协同设计系统,并以起重机小车设计实例进行验证。 Aiming at the problems of low level of design information sharing heavy repetitive design work in crane industry, the cloud computing technology is studied and the concept of cloud design is proposed. By analyzing the traditional computing model and cloud computing model, the work patterns of "Cloud clients/ Cloud server/Cloud platform" is formulated. The problems of information interaction conflicts and the resources sharing in the collaborative design under the cloud architecture is analyzed. Combining the crane parametric variant design and parallel working principle of cloud platform', the construction method of collaborative design system based on cloud computing is developed and it is verified by a design example.
