摘要
通过分析农业循环经济的内涵和特点,从社会、经济、资源、环境4个方面构建了河南省农业循环经济发展评价指标体系,应用主成分分析法对河南省农业循环经济发展状况进行了综合评价.结果表明,近几年来河南省农业循环经济发展水平呈稳定上升趋势,与实际相符合.
A scientific evaluating index system of agricultural circular economy is designed based on the analysis of society economy, resources and environment of Henan province to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the development of Henan agricultural circular economy by principle component analysis （PCA）. The results correspond with the facts and show that the level of Henan agricultural circular economic development is increasing steadily in recent years.
