火炮打击兔应激复合损伤-保护机制的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨实弹演习火炮打击后,不同位置掩体保护下兔应激损伤的综合病理机制及保护方法。方法闽南山地团进攻演习,按照模拟实战士兵隐蔽情况,将30只实验兔随机分为远离火炮打击的空白对照组,及火炮打击区域的反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组。火炮打击6 h后,各组观察存活情况,取兔脑、心、肺、肾、小肠、卵巢及血清,观察其病理损伤形态学及N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体-1(NMDAr1)、p38和肿瘤坏死因子表达的变化。结果与空白对照组比较,反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组兔打击后各器官均组织结构呈病理改变,各因子表达阳性。迎面隐蔽组组织损伤程度及各因子免疫反应强度高于反角隐蔽组。结论火炮打击后兔各器官、组织应激综合损伤反应强烈,反角掩体保护能够有效减轻组织损伤,多因子参与组织损伤病理过程。阻断其通路是有效的保护干预方法。 Objective To investigate the comprehensive pathological mechanism for stress injury and the way of protection in rabbits hid- den in different positions of blindage after real artillery attacking in battlefield. Methods According to the hidden situation of soldiers at war, 30 experimental rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group in mountain regiment artillery attac- king maneuver at southern of Fujian. Blank group is far from artillery attacking region, and the others is within the region. About 6 hours after at- tacking, the survival situation for every group was observed. The brain, heart, lung, kidney, small intestine, ovary and serum from rabbits to were obtained to observe pathological injury situation and the expression of NMDArl, p38 and TNF. The expression of these indexes may be different between groups. Results Compared with the blank group, there were pathological changes in reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group's rabbits tissues and organs. There were strong positive in the expression of NMDArl, p38 and TNF. These performance on frontage hidden group were more obvious than reverse hidden group. Conclusion The stress injury response is very strong in rabbits attacked by artillery. Reverse blindage protection can reduce organs and tissues injury. NMDArl, p38 and TNF involves in tissue injury pathological process. Therefore, inhibi- ting this pathway may be a promising protective method.
