摘要
目的探讨枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选择141例慢性荨麻疹患者,分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组72例,使用枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗。对照组69例单独使用枸地氯雷他定片治疗;一个疗程为18 d,共治疗两个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组第1个疗程的有效率分别为65.28%和57.97%,二者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗两个疗程后,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为86.11%和62.32%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定片联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著优于单独应用枸地氯雷他定片,但应坚持用药1月以上。
Objective To investigate the efficacies to cure chronic urticarial by the combined treatment of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and compound glycyrrhizin capsules. Method 141 cases were investigated, anaong which 72 cases were designated as the curing g＇roup and the other 69 cases were sent into the control. The curing group was co-treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and compound glycyrrhizin capsules, while the control was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets only. Both the curing group and the control were treated for two treating courses. Each course was 18 days. Result In the first curing course, the curing group and the control respectively showed their effective rate of 65.28% and 57.97%, which weren＇t significant difference according to the Chi-square test. However, after the second curing course, the curing group and the control showed great significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） in their effective rates, which were 86.11% and 62.32%,, respectively. Conclusion The combined treatment of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and compound glycyrrhizin capsules has significant better efficacy to cure chronic urticaria than the single treatment of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets after treatment at least one month.
