奥洛他定结合玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究盐酸奥洛他定结合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及其对Ig E的影响。方法将80例慢性荨麻疹患者按照随机分组原则,平均分成联合组和单药组。其中联合组患者给予盐酸西药奥洛他定结合玉屏风颗治疗,单药组单纯给予盐酸西药奥洛他定治疗。两组患者均治疗4周后观察其临床疗效及血清中Ig E水平变化。结果联合组患者总有效率达95%,单药组总有效率为80%。联合组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者血清中Ig E均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),但联合组比单药组下降更显著(P<0.01)。结论盐酸奥洛他定结合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效满意,且能降低血清中Ig E水平。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Olopatadine hydrochrid combined with Yupingfeng granule in treatment of chronic urticaria and the influence on the serum IgE levels. Methods 80 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into combination group and single group. The combination group was given Olopatadine hydrochrid combined with Yupingfeng granule for treatment. The single group only received Olopatadine hydrochrid for treatment. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical effect and changes in IgE levels in two groups were analyzed after 4 weeks. Results The effective rate of the combination group was 95% which was significantly higher than 80% of the single group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum IgE of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the combination group decreased more significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Olopatadine hydrochrid combined with Yupingfeng granule has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria, and can decrease serum lgE levels.
