摘要
针对在矿山等对防爆要求较高的工作环境下如何安全有效地对混凝土进行搅拌的问题,设计了一种用气动马达作为动力源的新型混凝土搅拌机。主要完成了对混凝土搅拌机本体机构、传动机构和气动控制系统的设计。实践证明,该设计在矿山应用中获得了良好的使用效果。
According to the higher explosion protection requirement to mix concrete safely and effectively in mine, a new concrete mixer was designed with a pneumatic motor as power source. The main mechanism, transmission mechanism, and pneumatic control system of the concrete mixer had been designed and manufactured, and excellent result was obtained in mining engineering.
