摘要
本文通过对瓷砖胶这类由粉状无机物和有机物混合的材料以及传统的生产搅拌、传输设备进行分析,同时介绍一种自行研发的新型瓷砖胶搅拌装置和全系统自动控制技术,通过改造进料口、增设碎料装置、空气压缩机喷头以及吸湿装置,引进PLC智能化控制系统,实现解决粉状混合材料粘附搅拌、传输设备,为同类企业、同类装置提供指引,减少装置卡料或者堵塞问题,提高同类企业、同类装置的生产效率。
This paper analyzes the traditional production,mixing and transmission equipment of ceramic tile glue,which is a kind of material mixed by powdery inorganic matter and organic matter.At the same time,it introduces a new type of ceramic tile glue mixing device developed by ourselves and the whole system automatic control technology,which can solve the problem of powder mixed material adhesion,mixing the purpose of the transmission equipment is to provide guidance for similar enterprises and similar devices,reduce the problem of device jamming or blockage,and improve the production efficiency of similar enterprises and similar devices.
