摘要
对工业纯铜首先进行渗铝,然后将渗铝层进行深冷处理,分析深冷处理对渗铝层组织及性能影响。结果表明,纯铜渗铝后硬度显著提高,深冷处理、固溶处理使硬度进一步提高。其中固溶+深冷复合热处理工艺强化效果更明显,硬度达到最高值137.8 HRF,较纯铜提高2.6倍。渗铝层经固溶+深冷+时效复合热处理后,耐磨性最好,其抗磨粒磨损性为基体的2.29倍,抗粘着磨损性能为基体的19.63倍。
The commercial pure copper was first aluminized and then cryogenic treated. Effects of cryogenic treatment on structure and properties of the aluminized layer were analyzed. The results show that the hardness of aluminized pure copper is improved significantly, and cryogenic treatment and solid solution treatment further improve the hardness. The strengthening effect of solid solution plus cryogenic compound heat treatment is more obvious, the hardness reaches the highest value of 137.8 HRF which is 2.6 times higher than that of pure copper. After solution, crogenic and aging compound heat treatment, the aluminized layer has the best wear resistance. The abrasive wear resistance and adhesive wear resistance of the aluminized layer is 2.29 and 19.63 times of the matrix, respectively.
