摘要
在高比例可再生能源接入的背景下,如何开展智能电网的建设是亟待解决的问题,为此,以高比例可再生能源利用为背景,提出相应的智能电网定义,梳理智能电网可再生能源分层消纳、能源利用高效环保、终端用能灵活互动、源网多元智能协调的特征,提出以广义储能为特色的智能电网技术研发架构和示范建设架构,以期为推动相关智能电网的发展建设提供参考。
With a high proportion of renewable energy penetration, how to construct smart grid is a great challenge. To this end, in the context of a high proportion of renewable energy utilization, this paper defines the smart grid, and generalizes its main characteristics in terms of renewable energy stratified consumption, efficient and environment- friendly energy utilization, flexible and interactive energy end-use and multiple coordination of source and network. Then it proposes the architecture for smart grid technology development and demonstration construction featured by general energy storage system, hopeful to provide reference to promoting the related smart grid construction.
