摘要
煤气加压机组运行过程中,产生剧烈的振动,不仅影响机组的安全运行,也降低设备和厂房的疲劳寿命,由振动而产生的噪声传递到控制室,严重影响工作人员的工作效率和身心健康。运用基于数字信号处理技术的测试系统,对机组的振动与噪声进行了现场测试,识别出了主要振动、噪声源,提出了初步的减振降噪方案,为后续的改造和治理提供了理论依据。
A gas pressure unit produced serious vibration during operation,which not only influenced the safe operation of gas pressure unit but also reduced the fatigue life of equipment and plant.The noise generated by the vibration transmitted to the control room,influenced the staff's productivity and health.This paper measured the unit's vi- bration and noise based on the test system of digital signal processing technology,dis- tinguished the main vibration and noise source,and then proposed the preliminary scheme of vibration noise reduction which could provide the basis of subsequent trans- formation and governance.
