摘要 设计了一种基于振动传感技术与单片机技术的微型智能振动开关传感器。该开关传感器以微控制芯片AT-tiny13单片机为控制核心,集振动监控、超温监控、报警等于一体。文中重点介绍了该开关的工作原理,ATtiny13单片机特征,以及系统的软、硬件构成。实验表明:该开关具有智能化、微型化等优点,可广泛应用于汽车行业、防盗产业、无线装置、省电产业、运动器材及地震监测等领域。 A design method of smart micro-vibration switch sensor based on vibration sensor technology and MCU technology is presented. The ATtiny13 MCU is acted as the key controlling chip, and the switch sensor is integrated the function of vibration monitoring, over-temperature monitoring and alarm. In this paper, it is mainly introduced the principle of switch sensor, the characteristic of ATtiny13, and the system design scheme of software and hardware. The experiment results show that this smart switch has the advantages of intelligent controlling and miniaturization, and it can be widely used in vehicle industry, security industry, wireless device industry, power-saving, sports equipment and earthquake monitoring, and other fields.
