党的十八大再次论述"生态文明"理念,并独立成篇,形成了"五位一体"的总体布局。这是建设和谐社会理念在生态与经济发展方面的升华,充分体现了我们党对生态建设的高度重视和对全球生态问题高度负责的精神。首次提出的建设美丽中国,无疑开启了中国永续发展的新篇章。
The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC discusses ＂Ecological Civilization＂ again, and has a separate chapter for the formation of so--called ＂five--in--one＂ overall layout. This is the sublimation for the construction idea of ＂harmonious society＂ in terms of ecological and economic development, which embodies the spirit fully that our Party attaches great importance to ecological construc- tion and is highly responsible for the global ecological problems. The first suggestion of ＂Wild China＂ starts a new chapter of sustainable development of China undoubtedly.
