摘要
以脱脂后的茶籽粕为原料,采用超声波辅助甲醇提取茶皂素。以茶皂素提取率为指标,用单因素试验和响应面法优化提取工艺。得出的最佳提取工艺条件为:甲醇体积分数80%,甲醇加量45 mL(5 g茶籽粕),超声时间30 min,超声频率25.97 kHz,浸提时间1 h,浸提温度57℃。在最佳条件下,得到纯度为85%、提取率为94.28%的淡黄色茶皂素产品。
Tea saponin was extracted by ultrasonic - assisted methanol extraction with defatted oil - tea camellia seed meal as raw material. With extraction rate of tea saponin as index, the extraction process was optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The optimal extraction process conditions were obtained as follows :methanol volume fraction 80% ,methanol dosage 45 mL(5 g defatted oil - tea camellia seed meal), ultrasonic time 30 min, ultrasonic frequency 25.97 kHz, extraction time 1 h, extraction temperature 57℃. Under the optimal conditions, the purity and extraction rate of tea saponin with light yellow were 85% and 94.28%, respectively.
