摘要
本文以酸性离子液体1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑硫酸氢盐([BMIm]HSO4)为催化剂和萃取剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,催化氧化噻吩。结果显示,当离子液体用量为3g/5mL模型油、反应温度为70℃、氧硫摩尔比为3、反应时间30min时,噻吩的转化率可以达到100%。离子液体回收再使用3次,催化活性仅略有下降。
An acidic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([BMIm] HSO4) was applied as catalyst and extractant in the oxidative desulfurization system for the removal of thiophene in model oil at presence of H2O2.Several parameters,such as the amount of ionic liquid,amount of H2O2,temperature,reaction time were investigated.The results showed highest activity with thiophene conversion of 100% when the amount of ionic liquid is 3g/5mL model oil,O/S (molar ratio) =3,reaction time of 30 min,and at 70℃.The ionic liquid [BMIm]HSO4 can be recycled for 3 times with a slight decrease in activity.
