摘要
目的探讨玉屏风联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选择慢性荨麻疹患者42例,随机分为观察组24例和对照组18例。观察组患者口服玉屏风胶囊和依巴斯汀片,对照组患者口服依巴斯汀片,两组疗程均为28 d,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痊愈病例中观察组复发率为9.1%,低于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹效果明显,优于单独使用依巴斯汀,使用方便,不良反应少,能明显提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ebastine and yupingfeng in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 42 cases with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group of 24 cases and control group of 18 cases. Observation group was given yupingfeng capsules and ebastine tablets （oral）, while control group was only given ebastine tablets （oral）. All patients were treated for 28 days, then the efficacy of two groups were compared. Re- sults The total effective rate of observation group was 95.8%, which was higher than 66.7% of control group, the dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in cured cases was 9.1% in the observation group, and that was lower than 75.0% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of ebastine and yupingfeng in treatment of chronic urticaria is obvious, and better than ebastine alone, it is convenient and adverse re- actions are mild, so it can improve the treatment efficacy.
