分段式案例教学法在中医基础理论课的实践调查 被引量:11

Segmented case-based teaching in teaching practice of TCM basic theory

摘要 为实现中医基础理论与临床实践的早期结合,提高中医基础理论教学质量,实施分段式案例教学改革。提出了按照教学内容和进程,采用分段式案例教学方法,即在课程早期绪论介绍古今名著、名医的故事和典型的病案,以激发学习兴趣和动力;课程中期的哲学基础和藏象等阶段,通过对案例的讲解分析,引导学生中医思维的转换,初步培养中医素质;课程后期运用案例讨论中的师生互动,实现从理论到实践的转化,再从实践到理论的提升。实践表明分段式案例教学法,体现了中医特有的实践教学模式,使学生早期接触病案,初步培养了学生应用知识的能力,提高了教学质量。 The reform of segmented case-based teaching has been performed for the combining TCM basic theory and early clinical practice and improving teaching quality. The method of segmented case-based teaching was applied according to teaching content and process, and at early stage of introduction, ancient and modern classics, stories of famous doctors and typical cases were introduced for stimulating students' learning interest, at moderate stage of introducing philosophy and visceral manifestation theory, cases were analyzed to guide students for cultivating their TCM thinking and quality, and at the late stage, case discussion was conducted for improving teacher-student interaction, completing the transform from theory to practice and the advance from practice to theory. The practice indicated that the method of segmented case-based teaching embodies TCM special practical teaching mode, cultivates students' ability in knowledge application through early contacting medical cases and improves teaching quality.
