摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术的护理措施和效果.方法 选取2010年6月～2012年5月本院行急诊支架置入术的急性心肌梗死患者80例,进行综合护理,观察护理效果.结果 护理后共发生心律失常4例,血栓形成1例,穿刺损伤2例,尿潴留4例,对并发症进行针对性的护理,均取得良好效果,无死亡病例发生;术后6个月进行复查,预后良好;患者左室射血分数护理后明显提高,与护理前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 加强急性心肌梗死患者行急诊支架置入术的综合护理,能够有效保证手术的顺利进行,降低并发症和死亡的发生率,效果显著.
Objective To investigate the nursing measures and nursing effect on patients with acute myocardial infarc- tion underwent emergency carotid stenting.nethods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who under- went emergency carotid stenting in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed and given comprehensive nursing.Then the nursing effect was observed.Results After nursing,arrhythmia occurred in 4 cases,thrombosis occurred in 1 case,and puncture injury occurred in 2 cases,urinary retention occurred in 4 cases.The complications were given targeted nursing and it got good results,no death case occurrence.Review 6 months after surgery showed a good prog- nosis.The left ventricular ejection fraction of patients after nursing significantly increased than that of patients before nursing,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To strengthen comprehensive nursing of patients with acute my- ocardial infarction who underwent emergency carotid stenting,can effectively ensure the smooth progress of operation, reduce the occurrence of complications and mortality.The effect is remarkable.
