摘要
目的:建立三黄散瘀巴布剂中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法:反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:AgilentZorbaxEclipseXDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);柱温25℃;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:254nm;进样量:10μL。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在21.45~214.5ng、15.68~156.8ng、18.77~187.7ng、37.40~374.0ng、11.05~88.42ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.82%(RSD2.6%)、100.5%(RSD1.1%)、101.3%(RSD1.5%)、101.5%(RSD2.4%)、97.07%(RSD0.80%)结论:本法稳定、可靠、操作简便、快速、重现性好,可用于三黄散瘀巴布剂的质量控制。
Objective: To develop a RP - HPLC method for the determination of Aloe - emodin, Rhein, Emodin, Chrysophanol, Physcion in Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm by RP - HPLC simultaneously. Methods : The analysis was carried on with a column of Zorbax Eclipse SB -C1s(4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC at 25 ℃. Methanol -0.1% H3PQ was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL min- , and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result: A good line- arity can be found in the range of 21.45 - 214.5 ng for Aloe - emodin, 15.68 - 156.8 ng for Rhein, 18.77- 187.7 ng for Emodin, 37.40 - 374. 0 ng for Chrysophanol, 11.05 - 88.42 ng for Physcion, the average recovery rate was 99.82% (RSD2.6 %),.100.5% (RSD 1.1%), 101.3 % (RSD 1.5 % ), 101.5 % (RSD 2.4 %), 97.07% ( RSD 0. 80 % ) respectively. Conclusion : The method was simple, reliable, accurate and available for the quality control of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm.
