论法学人才的培养——以案例式教学与司法考试的良性互动为视角

摘要 当前法学人才培养中存在法学本科招生规模过大,入学生源未严格选拔,水平参差不齐;法学本科教学模式与方法重理论轻实践;法学教育与司法考试的关系不妥当等问题,需要在案例式教学与司法考试良性互动中得到改善。案例式教学与司法考试良性互动,会推进法学人才培养机制的改革。与此同时,法学人才培养机制的变革也会丰富和发展案例式教学,改革和完善司法考试制度。 A series of problems are currently existed: undergraduate enrollment is too large;admission of students is not rigorous selection;level of students is uneven;undergraduate teaching models and methods ap- pears emphasis on theory and neglect of practice ; the relationship of legal education and judicial examination is not appropriate. These issues need to be solved. The interaction between case-based teaching and judicial ex- amination can promote the reform of legal professionals training mechanism. At the same time, changes in the legal professionals training mechanism wi]l enrich and develop case-based teaching, reform and improve judi- cial examination system.
