轨道客车转向架钢轴箱半固态挤压铸造工艺及模具设计 被引量:1

Extrusion Forming of Axle Box of the Bogie for Passenger Train and its Mold Design

摘要 针对轨道客车转向架轴箱砂型铸件存在的夹砂、气孔等缺陷,对轴箱采用了半固态挤压铸造技术。并利用Pro/E软件进行了模具设计,对其工艺进行了研究分析,利用Ansys软件对其成形过程进行了模拟,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,在比压为110~120 MPa,浇注温度为1 500 ℃,模具预热温度为400~425 ℃的条件下,获得的铸件表面光洁完整、组织致密,缺陷基本消除,性能得到提高。 Aiming at inclusion and gas holes in sand casting axle box of the bogie for passenger train,semi-solid extrusion forming was investigated. Mould was designed by the Pro/E, and the process was analyzed. Meanwhile, the filling process was simulated by the Ansys software, and the trial-product was conducted. The results indicate that with pressure of 110-120 MPa, pouring temperature of 1500 ℃ and preheating mould at 400-425 ℃, the axle box exhibits clean-smooth surface with sound structure, and defects are eliminated, greatly improving the performance.
