定位器用橡胶材料抗龟裂性能的配方研究

摘要 探讨了如何从配方上改善轴箱定位器的耐老化及耐疲劳性能 ,着重研究生胶、硫化体系、防护体系对胶料性能的影响。实验表明 :采用天然胶与顺丁胶并用 ,硫黄硫化体系、防老剂A与防老剂 40 10NA并用所制得的胶料的耐热老化、耐臭氧老化及耐疲劳性综合性能好。 How to improve the aging resistance and fatigue property by means of formulating of formula was discussed in this paper. And how the raw rubber, the cuning system and the antioxidant effect on the rubber material was studied in detail. The result indicated that the comprehensive properties about aging resistance, ozone resistance and fatigue property of the rubber material, which were manufactured by means of using common curing system, NR&BR and preservative concluded both antioxidant A & antioxidant 4010NA, were also good.
