摘要
[目的]研究桔梗茎叶不同部位提取物的抗炎效果。[方法]建立4种动物模型,观察桔梗茎叶不同部位提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、浓度1%冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、鸡蛋清诱导大鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠肿胀足炎性组织中PGE2的影响。[结果]桔梗茎叶不同部位提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、急性炎症导致的腹腔毛细血管通透性、鸡蛋清引起的大鼠足跖肿胀及鸡蛋清致大鼠肿胀足炎性组织中PGE2均有不同程度的抑制作用;其中,生物碱部位与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]桔梗茎叶提取物生物碱部分具有良好的抗炎效果,其他各部位也具有不同程度的抗炎作用。
[Objective] To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of extracts from different parts of stems and leaves of Platycodon grandiflorum.[Method] Four kinds of animal models of acute experimental inflammation were used to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of the stems and leaves of P.grandiflorum,including the xylene-induced ear edema in mice,1% acetic acid-induced inflammatory exudates in the abdominal cavity of mice,rat swelling foot caused by albumen,observation the rat foot swelling of inflammatory tissue.[Result] Different parts of the stems and leaves of P.grandiflorum extracts produced obvious anti-inflammatory effects in all kinds of animal models,especially there was a significant difference in alkaloids and other extracted parts.[Conclusion] Alkaloid tissues possessed good anti-inflammatory function.
