摘要
目的 探讨无张力疝修补治疗老年腹股沟疝的围手术期护理体会.方法 回顾性分析本院62例行无张力疝修补治疗腹股沟疝的老年患者的临床资料.结果 62例患者均顺利手术、顺利出院,住院时间为（7.3±1.9）d,均对住院护理服务表示满意.术后并发症率为6.45％（4例）,经对症处理后均得到控制.结论 术前要加强患者的身心调整,使其能够以较好的状态准备手术;术中除密切配合手术操作外,还要严密监测患者相关指标的变化情况,保证手术的的安全性;术后要采取各种措施避免腹内压的增高.
Objective To explore the nursing experience during the perioperative period of non- tension herniorrhaphy for elderly patients with inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 62 elderly patients with inguinal hernia undergoing non-tension herniorrhaphy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients underwent the surgery successfully, then discharged, and were satisfied with the nursing service. The hospitalization time was （7.3 ±1.9） days. 4 cases （6.45%） occurred complications after the surgery, but were controlled by symptomatic treatment. Conclusions Before the surgery, the physical and mental adjustment of the patients should be strengthened to help patients maintain good states. During the surgery, beside surgery coordination, related indexes should be monitored to guarantee the safety of the surgery. After the surgery, some measures should be taken to prevent the increase of intra-abdominal pressure.
