摘要
目的观察锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月—2012年9月收治的四肢骨折患者85例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例)。对照组行单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗,观察组行锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。结果观察组患者愈合时间为(6.4±1.2)个月,对照组患者为(8.7±1.4)个月,观察组骨愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良率为92.9%,对照组为79.1%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折具有骨愈合时间短、治疗优良率高、并发症少、适应范围广、有利于软组织的修复等优点,值得临床借鉴。
Objective The observed locking compression plate fixation of fractures of extremities clinical efficacy.
