摘要
中师双语培训是在新疆民族教育、双语教育大背景之下的一种独具特色的双语教育模式,具有培训时间短、培训需求大而急的特点。"因材施教"与"人才定制"是中等师范幼儿双语师资培训的显著特点。笔者以巴州师范学校三年制双语师资培训为例,从专业设置、课程设置、教学选择等视角对中师双语师资培训的特色进行阐释。
The training of bilingual teachers for the secondary normal school has its particularities.The paper takes the three-year training of bilingual teachers in Bazhou Normal School for example,analyzing the traits of such training from the specialty design,curriculum setting and teaching option.
