摘要
目的探讨银离子口腔护理液+引流纱条在脑血管疾病患者口腔护理中的效果。方法将患者分为2组,实验组采用银离子口腔护理液+引流纱条作口腔护理,对照组选用传统溶液+棉球作口腔护理。结果实验组在保持口腔清洁、减轻口腔异味、降低口腔炎症的发生率等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银离子口腔护理液+引流纱条在保持口腔清洁,防治口腔异味、口腔炎症等方面疗效明显。
Objective To explore the effect of silver ions oral nursing care solution and yarn drainage in the patients with cere- brovascular diseases. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received silver ions oral nursing care solution and yarn drainage; The control group received traditional solution and cotton balls for the nursing care rela- tively. Results The materials used in the experimental group could more effectively keep oral hygiene, relieve bad breath and re- duce the incidence of oral inflammation than those in the control group. The significant difference between the two groups could be seen under 0.05 level （P〈O.05）. Conclusion The silver ions oral nursing care solution plus yarn drainage can keep oral hygiene, prevent bad breath and oral inflammation in patients with cerebrovascular diseases effectively.
