摘要
目的：观察改良口腔护理方法在舌癌病人手术后的护理效果。方法：将舌癌手术切除后的84例患者，按随机分为两组。对照组采用传统的口腔护理方法进行口腔护理，观察组采用口腔冲洗后用在进行传统的口腔护理，比较两组患者的口腔清洁程度、舒适度、伤口痊愈情况。结果：观察组在口腔清洁，口腔舒适度方面优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组差异有统计学意义。结论：用改良口腔护理方法对舌癌术后患者进行口腔护理，效果优于传统口腔护理法。
Objective： To observe the nursing efficacy that the improved oral care method has on tongue cancer patients after sur- gery. Methods： To randomly separate 84 tongue cancer patients conducted resection operation into two groups. The ControI group is operated with traditional care method while the other observation group with traditional method but only after dentilave. The month cleanliness,degree of comfort, and wound healing process of patients in two groups respectively are fully considered for comparison. Results：The mouth cleanliness,degree of comfort and wound healing of patients are better in the Observation group（p〈0.05）. The difference between the two means a great deal in Statistic. Conclusion： In oral care for tongue cancer patients after surgery, the improved method has much better effect than the traditional method does.
