摘要
目的探讨电动牙刷结合冲洗法对经口气管插管患者口腔护理的临床效果。方法将62例经口气管插管病人按简单随机化方法分为实验组32例和对照组30例。实验组采用电动牙刷含氟牙膏刷洗结合无菌水冲洗法进行口腔护理,对照组采用传统的口腔护理方法。对两组患者的牙菌斑去除率及口腔并发症进行对比研究。结果实验组牙菌斑去除率和口臭、口腔炎、口腔溃疡的发生率较对照组明显下降,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电动牙刷含氟牙膏刷洗结合无菌水口腔冲洗法能有效去除牙菌斑,预防口腔感染。
Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of oral care by electric toothbrush and oral cavity washing for patients with trachea cannula Method 62 patients with trachea cannula were randomly divided into two groups. Intervention group （n= 32） was performed the oral care by electric toothbrush with fluoride toothpaste and dentilave with sterile water. Control group （n= 30） was performed traditional oral care. The dental plaque clearance and the complications of oral were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Result The dental plaque clearance and the incidence of occurring with combined halitosis, stomatitis and stomatocace in intervention group were lower than that of in control group. There are significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral care by electric toothbrush with fluoride toothpaste and dentilave with sterile water is effective in removing the dental plaque and preventing oral infection.
