摘要
沿海强省建设使河北省港航业务量大幅攀升,直接产生对物流人才的大量需求,产业背景和区位优势为高水平港航物流人才的重点教育提供了广阔空间。首先分析预测了河北省港航物流人才培养的供给需求平衡状况及前景,在此基础上阐述了构建港航物流人才培养体系的目标、体系和主要内容。
The construction of advanced coastal province makes the dimensions of marine operation rise so sharply in Hebei that the demand for logistics personnel increase accordingly. Industry background and location advantage pro- vide capacious space for the education of leading port and shipping logistics talent. Based on the analysis upon the balance between the supply and demand, the basic cultivation framework including goal, system and content for port and shipping logistics personnel in Hebei province was put forward.
