摘要
目的分析研究彩色多普勒超声对肥厚性心肌病的临床诊断价值。方法对我院从2011年3月—2013年3月共进行彩色多普勒超声检查的65例肥厚性心肌病患者的图像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 65例患者主要表现为室间隔及左室后壁肥厚,其中44例左室流出道狭窄,46例SAM征阳性。结论应用彩色多普勒超声检查可以准确、迅速的诊断肥厚性心肌病,且该操作简便,无创伤性,能为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods in our hospital from 2011 March to 2013 March were examined by color Doppler ultrasound in 65 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the image data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 65 patients mainly manifested as ventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall hypertrophy, of which 44 cases of left ventricular outflow tract stenosis, 46 cases with positive SAM sign. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound can accurately, rapidly diagnose hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and the operation is simple, noninvasive, and can provide valuable diagnostic basis for clinical.
