摘要
针对辽河油田加热开采稠油降黏工艺存在能耗过高这一问题,配制并筛选出两种新型水溶性乳化降粘剂WH-I和WH-II,对冷家稠油进行降粘工艺实验。试验结果表明,在50℃油水比7︰3的冷家稠油中添加2%降粘剂WH-I,降黏率为94.8%;将降粘剂WH-I浓度升至3%,降黏率为99.4%;添加3%降粘剂WH-II降黏率为98.1%。通过绘制降黏率和温度的关系曲线可以看出,降粘剂WH-I对乳化温度的变化具有一定的敏感度,随着温度的升高,添加降粘剂WH-I的乳状液降黏率缓慢下降。井口降黏后的稠油可以在提高原油采收率的同时满足举升和油田地面集输基本要求,为冷家稠油改善流动性提供一条新方向。
Since heating visbreaking for Liaohe heavy oil can result in higher energy loss, two new types of water-based emulsification viscosity breaking agents WH-I and WH-II were formulated and selected for Lengjia heavy oil visbreaking experiments. The results show that, when temperature is 50 ℃, moisture content is 30%, viscosity breaking agent is 2%WH-I, the visbreaking rate can reach 94.8%;When WH-I concentration is 3%, the visbreaking rate can reach 99.4%; adding 3% viscosity breaking agent WH-II, the visbreaking rate can reach 98.1%. The visbreaking rate-temperature curve shows that viscosity breaking agent WH-I is sensitive to different temperature. The visbreaking rate of viscosity breaking agent WH-I declines while temperature rises. The heavy oil visbreaking at wellhead can improve oil recovery and meet basic requirements of the lifting and oilfield surface gathering, which can provide a new direction to improve fluidity of Lengjia heavy oil.
