摘要
目的:观察密集型针刺治疗枕下三角区综合征的临床疗效。方法:将枕下三角区综合征患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组以手法治疗,治疗组以密集型针刺联合手法治疗。2组连续治疗1周后观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后经ridit检验,2组疗效分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密集型针刺联合手法治疗枕下三角区综合征疗效优于单纯手法治疗。
Objective： To explore clinical effects of intensive acupuncture in the treatment for suboccipital triangle syndrome. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were administered with manipulation and the treatment group intensive acupuncture on the foundation of manipulation. Both groups were treated for one week and observed, clinical effects of both groups were compared. Result： After tested by ridit, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating in therapeutic effects （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Therapeutic effects of intensive acupuncture are superior to single manipulation in the treatment for suboccipital triangle syndrome.
